Welcome to Caroline Barnes Makeup Consultations. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking Confirmation
All appointments are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to your appointment will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment are non-refundable.
- If you wish to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made in accordance with our cancellation policy.
- No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or late arrivals.
4. Online Consultations
- Clients must ensure a stable internet connection for online consultations. Technical issues on the client’s end are not grounds for refunds or rescheduling.
- If a session is disrupted due to technical issues on our end, we will offer a rescheduled appointment.
5. In-Person Consultations
- In-person consultations are held at Caroline Barnes’ studio in London SW16.
- Clients must arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced consultation time, with no reduction in fee.
6. Health and Safety
- If you feel unwell, please contact us to reschedule your appointment to ensure the safety of all clients.
- For in-person appointments, hygiene and safety protocols are strictly adhered to in the studio.
7. Personal Information
- Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and is used solely for the purpose of your appointment.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Caroline Barnes reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
